Virtual Reality (VR) technology is rapidly being adopted in education, offering immersive experiences that can enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. This study examines the impact of VR on educational experiences in Indian classrooms, focusing on its effectiveness in subjects such as science, history, and geography. Through a survey of 300 teachers and students, we evaluated the implementation of VR tools and their influence on learning motivation, comprehension, and retention. The findings suggest that VR significantly enhances student engagement and provides a deeper understanding of complex concepts. However, challenges such as the high cost of VR equipment and the need for teacher training remain significant barriers to widespread adoption. The paper concludes by advocating for government and institutional support in integrating VR into the Indian education system.
